Abu Bakarr Jalloh is a Geologist and an Environmental Consultant with years of working experience and expertise in delivering services and solutions to both the public and private sectors. He has working knowledge on Environmental and Natural Resources Management, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA); Waste Management; Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management; Geology and Mining; Research; and GIS.

He has in-depth technical skills in environmental monitoring and assessment including surface and groundwater quality monitoring and sampling; borehole drawdown test and recharge monitoring; stream flow monitoring and assessment; air quality and noise monitoring; solid and hazardous waste management; soil sampling; biodiversity surveys; data analysis and interpretation; baseline studies; impact assessment and reporting.

As a Consultant at INTEGEMS, Abu Bakarr has led and technically supported the implementation of a range of surface and groundwater monitoring programs, air quality and noise monitoring assessments, soil sampling, biodiversity – fauna surveys and baseline analysis as well as impact assessment studies on several projects including but not limited to the Komahun Gold Project; the Baomahun Gold Project, the Western Area Power Generation Project; Majestic Gold Mining Project;  and the Construction and Rehabilitation of Mega Stations for the All Petroleum Products Limited in Sierra Leone.

Abu Bakarr holds a Bachelor of Science degree, major in Geology from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone; a Diploma in Microsoft Office Packages from African Information Technology Holdings (A.I.T.H) Limited; a Certificate in Water Funds: Introduction and Feasibility Phase and a Certificate in Wastewater Pollution from the Nature Conservancy, Arlington, VA (Online).

Mohamed Jaward is a multi-skilled consultant with years of experience and expertise in providing services and solutions to both the public and private sectors with INTEGEMS. He has profound skills and technical expertise in Air Quality emission data collection and analysis; Occupational Health assessment, Clean Energy; Natural Resource Management, including Coastal ecology and Geomorphology, Climate Change Mitigation & Adaptation, water quality, Biodiversity, Soils, and environmental acoustics, and Hazard Assessment & Disaster Management. During his time at INTEGEMS, he has worked on various environment and natural resources management projects including Vulnerability studies. He has led and developed field protocols, ESHIA’s, study methodologies and standard procedures, and Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for various projects; including; IFC and other financial institutional sponsored Projects, United Nations, the Government of Sierra Leone, and private institutions.

Mohamed possesses strong analytic skills in SPSS, ODK, GIS, Survey123 for ArcGIS, Collector for ArcGIS, and the World Bank CAPI/CAPWI survey programs; as tools for seamless delivery of Projects; Excellent communication skills in presenting scientific findings and putting together technical and non-technical reports. Outstanding leadership, self-discipline, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving savvy.

Mohamed is well abreast with Sierra Leone’s Second National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (2017-2026) and global environmental management requirements and standards including the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, the Equator Principles, the World Bank Group Environmental and Social Safety Safeguards, the World Health Organisation (WHO) Guidelines and other relevant national and international protocols and treaties.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Environmental Management and Quality Control (EMQC) from Njala University. Mamoud Mansaray is a multi-skilled Consultant with several years of working experience in providing services and solutions to both the private and public sectors. He has profound working knowledge and skills in Environmental Monitoring (including Air, Noise and Water quality monitoring), Natural Resources Management; Environmental, Social and Impact Assessments (ESIA); Geographical Information Systems (GIS) using ESRI ArcGIS family (ArcGIS Server and GeoEvent Processor, ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS Online) and Remote Sensing; Management Information Systems (MIS); Data and Information Management (Including mobile data collection using ODK, Survey 123 etc.), Climate Change and Disaster Management. Mamoud is very competent in .NET and Web Technology and provides end-user technical support and administration of various enterprise systems. He creatively uses his technical skills to design, develop and host Web and Content Management Systems (Joomla, Word press, Drupal) using technologies such as PHP, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and ZendFramework. He also possesses good skills in developing and maintaining databases in MS Access, MySQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL and various productivity applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google DataStudio).
